A MyEScan personal message center is your administrative console for quarantined email, junk email filters and virus settings. One message center per email address.
A MyEScan master message center is one (1) administrative console for quarantined email, junk email filters and virus settings, for all users that do not have a personal message center. One master message center for all users, except for users who have their own personal message center.
Personal message centers and one (1) master message center can be combined.
MyEScan notification messages are sent to protected email addresses.
MyEScan’s junk email protection service detects suspicious email messages since your last visit and directs you to either your personal or master message center.
An example:
To protect 120 email addresses with 20 personal message centers and 1 master message center.
You would purchase the following two products:
MyEScan 20 email addresses each with a Personal Message Center.
MyEScan 100 email addresses with one Master Message Center
In this example you will have 20 protected email addresses each with a personal message center and 100 protected email addresses all maintained by one master message center. The one master message center will filter up to 100 email addresses.
